Company entrance ceremony was held to welcome new employees
April is the month when companies begin a new business year in Japan. And we
welcomed 9 new employees today. (Male employee: 5, Female employee: 4)
While some companies were decided that an initiation ceremony was held on-line due to COVID-19,
we held it with maximum countermeasures against the contagious disease in advance.
From this week, we’ll start new employee training and OJT for about one month.
We look forward to seeing that the new members will bring a new wind to us.
