On Monday, November 20, three second-year students from Uchino Junior High School in Niigata City visited Read Sendai Plant in Miyagi Prefecture as part of their school excursion,They were invited to visit the Read Sendai Plant in Miyagi Prefecture.

 

The contents of the tour included an explanation of the company's business activities, the situation at the time of the earthquake, methods for disaster mitigation, and environmental preservation. The new Sendai Plant was completed in March of this year as a plant with BCP measures to ensure the longevity of the business. I believe that the students learned a lot by seeing the plant firsthand and listening to the stories of what happened during the earthquake disaster. The students asked us many questions in addition to the ones we had asked them beforehand, and we are glad that they were able to learn more about READ Co.
