This year, our president visited Tainai City in Niigata Prefecture and Shinchi Town in Fukushima Prefecture, where our plants are located, to donate funds for education promotion.
As in the previous fiscal year, Shinchi Town in Fukushima Prefecture used the funds for the "Shinchi Town Scholarship Repayment Support Project Subsidy. We were told that the purpose of this project is to subsidize the expenses required for those who settle and work in the town to return the scholarship to the town in order to curb the outflow of young people from the town and to encourage the settlement of young people who will be the future of Shinchi Town. We hope that this program will help us to "contribute to the dreams of the next generation," which is our company's corporate philosophy.
