We respect each employee individually, and improve a working environment in order for our employees to work safely and healthfully.

Employee Satisfaction (ES)

READ is active in improving ES by promoting the communication between our employees and by fostering the self-developed career formation for our employees.

When production of new products and provision of services with higher added value will meet Customer Satisfaction (CS), CS is realized by not our company, but our employees. Each employee’s skill is the base for our growth and development.

READ considers that Improvement in ES contributes to improvement in CS and generates the new values by spiraling up together.

We will conduct various plan for improving the environment and platform in order to that each employee will work actively for the company and the society.

Health Declaration and Health Management

READ is thinking an employee is healthy and it's absolute to arrange the work environment for which they can work vividly for a company to execute various activity.

READ made “Health Declaration” to clear as management which is supporting health maintenance and increase of an employee and their family tightly with National Health Insurance Association.

READ is developing a health care policy aggressively and is also aiming at authorization of " Health management superior corporate, 2020".
