Work Experience for High School Students (Fukushima Plant)
Two local high school students gained work experience at our Fukushima Plant on December 13-14,
The students experienced a part of the manufacturing process, 5S, equipment maintenance, and data analysis using AI technology.
They also experienced data analysis using AI technology.
They were also interested in our in-house initiative, the "Thank You Card.
Each person who responded to the request received a thank-you card.
We believe that this work experience helped them to focus on their own strengths, which will be useful for them when they think about their future career path.
We hope that this experience will be useful for them when they consider their future career paths.
