I try to further improve my skills.

As a head of REV/RPC Group, I currently manage the REV production post-process besides managing work progress of whole group. Since mainly the work is carried out by hand, I handle with the product carefully and cautiously to prevent it from losing the quality. In the process, I measure the grindability of the product and adjust it until it reach the level of working conditions required by the customer. For that reason, I determine the processing conditions always with the cool judgement. Although some of products have the tight tolerance requirement, whenever I can dress them within the tolerance of standards, I am filled with a feeling of accomplishment and satisfaction. It will be the 12th year since I joined the company. The most impressive thing in my career is that my REV/RPC Group won an Annual Small Group Movement Award in 2013/2014. While I was nervous when I reported our group activities to the President, I became very happy as our TCR/TQC and 5S activities were recognized. After we received this award, all of group members could become more confident and the award brought us motivation for upskilling. In order to deliver the high quality product into the world, I intend to keep learning various things and build up experiences.

Kaizen and Kaizen bring the fruitful results.

I am in charge of the lapping process of blade production. Most of process is operated by the machine, but since the thickness requirements of the blades are various, I choose the suitable polish which is used for machine equipment and process as my main job. In addition, I choose the suitable work procedure to give the instructions to staffs. Since the micron scale of accuracy is required in the lapping process, I have to make an adjustment finely, understanding a specific characteristic of each product. Therefore, I find that is difficult and attractive. Previously, I worked on the Kaizen activities which aimed to produce the products faster and more accurately with my boss. As a result, we reached to the improvement of productivity thorough sharing the working procedure and increasing the reproducibility. Although we were given an award in these Kaizen activities, I was filled with a good feeling of accomplishment by achieving the visible result. At this moment, I am able to execute my work post-process area, but I need the knowledge of pre-process. To become a person my boss relies on, I want to gain various experiences and knowledge.
